There will be the development of a marketing plan which will include:

The Customers (your Target Market),

The Competition,

Your Competitive Edge.

A SWOT analysis will be done. (A review of your strengths and weaknesses, a look at your competition’s opportunities and threats).

What are your best strategies for marketing (such as pricing, positioning, and advertising)?

What will your start-up cost be?

What will your monthly, weekly, operating cost be?

How will your cash-flow and balance sheets look?

What will your profit and loss statements look like?

Why you need a break-even analysis.
